the interview was within 3 steps, first HR then code challenge and finally technical questions. they give you the test to prepare for it then you do it in live.
I think it's a fair interview and process

The interview was divided in 3 stages. First was an online coding test on Codility. I scored well in that one, so I was invited for a live coding interview. I did very well in that as well. Third stage was direct conversation with the boss. Now, this is where things get ugly.
The discussion is not technical but they asked me what would you do if there is a zombie apocalypse and then went on with follow up questions on everything I speak. As technical persons, most of us would hate such type of questions. So did I. Surely it was not the best way to assess the candidates. Even the person who was interviewing me had a negative body language as if the company is the best among all other. Certainly they lost a good candidate on the basis of a rubbish question as I did fairly well in the previous stages.
If you are assessing culture fit on the basis of a super hypothetical question, you are not doing it right. We have to deal with persons on work not with zombies.

A generally friendly interview with the team leader and team members. Questions were based on my tech skills and previous experience. No difficult questions included. Overall process went really smoothly.
