I was schedule to meet with three people, I was very excited to interview with this company because I thought it had a lot of promise. The first person seemed unprepared and inattentive to the interview. At one point seemed skeptical of may application to the role. He struggled to ask me questions. It really felt like I was in a different time and place in terms of this interviewers style and questions. Some questions came off as judgements. After the interview I waited for the other interviewers. He came back and told me that there was a conflict and would not meet the other two interviewers. This was very unprofessional and disrespectful of candidates time. I left with a very poor impression of the company and the senior leaders who were suppose to conduct the interview. I am glad I went through this process because at least I found out early on of the type and caliber of the people that manage this company. I had a very negative experience.
