I applied three weeks before, I got my phone interview. After that it took me one week to have my personal interview, it was in Mattawan, MI. I had two interviews with different department, small and large animals. I got accepted with large animals department. After two weeks, I started my job as Research Tech.

Applied to a handful of positions online and was contacted through email to setup a phone call to discuss opportunities. At the end of the phone call I was extended the opportunity to come in for an on campus interview in 5 days. During the on campus interview I was given a tour of the facility followed by 5 interviews with different departments, most were conducted as a panel. A week after the interview I received a phone call and was extended offers from 4 of the 5 departments that had interviewed me.
