Felt Interview process was little slow , though its a Startup .
First Round of interview was by Recruitment Manager and it was a zoom interview ,
Second Round was by Manager of Talent and Culture, it was a telephonic interview .
Interviews were little strange , no video was involved in interview , for a HR Interview not sure how they hire a person without a video interview .
First round went good , questions were more about Mpower , about my work experience and my expectations
Second Round , the panel was polite , I was not very comfortable with the telephonic round, the connection was not proper , it was a call from USA , I would like to suggest to have the call over hangout or zoom , it was hard for me to explain since the network was not proper , I lost my interest in the middle , I didn't understand her questions properly and she didn't understand my questions , totally got a different answer for my second question , I lost interest in explaining the question and also lost interest in the opportunity , The other part which I didn't like is the aptitude question , got a little complex question related to financial background, which I failed to answer , Judging someone's analytical skill with only one question is totally unfair .
Got a rejection mail from the team , even I was convinced, felt I may not be a cultural fit for them .
