It’s been more than 10 years since I joined MPS Limited, but I still remember my interview experience clearly. The process was structured yet welcoming. Looking back, I’m grateful for that opportunity. MPS has given me the platform to learn, evolve, and contribute in meaningful ways over the past decade.

It’s been more than 10 years since I joined MPS Limited. Not remembered
It was a pressure interview with a ticking clock. CEO kept raising the pressure by the minute and sounded very aggressive. There were no right answers to the questions. All in all it was not a very pleasant experience.
