I applied online. I had an online assessment, in person assessment and phone interview. The online assessment was personality based. The in person assessment tested my numerical, logical and verbal skills.

Entretien
First round assessment day. 10 of us were invited based off of our CV and cover letter. No psychometric testing or online interviews. The assessment day consisted of group discussions, problem solving activity (hackathon) and individual presentations.

Entretien
Went down for a physical assessment centre after 2 rounds of online interview, one with HR and another to submit video online. The process was generally positive with group and individual assessments.
Applied, got invited to an psychometric test and online engagement day with interview and 10 min group discussion about what you would like to take with you to an island.
