Contacted by a recruiter for the opening and was asked about salary, and I asked about benefits. Got a call from HR in regards to my application in which I asked about benefits, vacation, etc.
Showed up for the interview and had the technical director (left a few months later), engineering manager (now runs the department), and HR lady there.
Usual straight forward quiz of technical know how, familiarity with different topics and skill sets. I then had to take a CAD quiz; they like to validate potential hires ability to run Creo.
