Supervisor takes a group of 10 people into there conference room for an introduction and orientation on what the job is about. We then go to the computers when we feel we are ready to do the tasks given and either they keep you or let you go. I f they liked what they saw in a person and was able to see the willingness and strength within that person caused them to keep that person for the job.
