The interview was with the owner and one of her colleages. They were both kind. It was so long, nearly an hour. She had two full pages of scenario-based questions which was just exhausting and at some point it became repetitive and just wasn't even relevant. She ranted about her negative experiences as an employee in the past and how that is the reason she started her own business and now is fairly controlling of her company and those who work for her. She highlighted that she has not hesitated to fire people in the past. I got the vibe that she just has trouble not getting her way. I couldn't wait for it to be over. I never even heard back after the interview which is fine because it made me uneasy.
