Called up a day after application for a ‘quick chat’ - ended up being a full interrogation without warning or given the chance to prepare. Person on the phone didn’t seem to know much about the role and instead asked generic, repetitive questions. Told me she’d call me a week later. Ended up getting a generic email rejection with no follow up call or feedback. Bizarre experience.
