The interview process was straight to the point. They asked simple questions using the STAR format. The questions were easy to start with about my background and other things that would pertain to the job.

Met with the Purchasing Manager and discussed the job duties and responsibilities as well as the benefits given to employees at MTD.
It was pretty informal, as far as the process.
