I applied and had an initial phone screen with the recruiter, I was selected to move forward for a panel interview where I had to create a presentation on a topic of their choice and present it. After the panel interview I was sent an assessment to take. After going through all of that I received a rejection, which is fine. Sometimes a job is just not the right fit. The negative part is that my rejection was a canned email from the site they use for their applications thanking me for applying and stating that after reviewing my application, they have decided to move forward with other candidates. I feel that if you move forward with an actual interview where you have to take the time to create a presentation, present to a group, and take an assessment test, you should at lease receive a personal email from the recruiter thanking you for taking the time to do these things and that they decided to move forward with other candidates. I did a lot more than just fill out an application. I spent a lot of time creating the presentation and the impersonal canned rejection leaves a bad taste in your mouth.

Tough interview - very thorough but the atmosphere was comfortable and engaging
