The interview process at MTX Group consisted of three technical rounds:
Online Assessment (Round 1):
This round tested basic programming skills, logical reasoning, and core technical concepts related to software development, particularly around object-oriented programming, databases, and general problem-solving.
Technical Interview 1 (Round 2):
In this round, I was asked questions related to my resume, academic projects, and core technical skills like SQL, JavaScript, data structures, and API integration. I also had to explain how I approach real-world technical problems and demonstrate my debugging and coding logic.
Technical Interview 2 (Round 3):
This round focused more on practical implementation knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform (if known), as well as scenario-based problem solving. Questions also included cloud concepts (especially Azure), system design basics, and integration use-cases.
I performed well in all three rounds and am currently awaiting a call for the HR/Managerial round, which usually covers behavioral questions, cultural fit, communication skills, availability, and salary expectations.
