The interview process was very unstructured from the initial recruiter call to the final leader call. There was absolutely no response from the recruiter and required multiple follow up to nudge the recruiter to the next interview. Just don't bother wasting your time on this company. They are not a professional company. I have seen small companies that are managed better and I didn't get that impression here.
