I applied online, received a call back from HR to come in for a face-to-face interview. The overall process took about a week. Once hired you go through a series of training (Shadow shifts) to learn about the position.
Received a call for an interview a few days after applying. Interviewed with the manager and a member of HR. They require a drug test and a background check if you are offered the position.

Thorough but pleasant. Obviously a caring staff from top to bottom who wants to make sure that their new hires have the same passion for the community and company. I would recommend anyone who has an interest in fitness/health consider this company - amazing place.
