The process was different than any other I've experienced. My role is a new one where the objectives and goals were still being defined. I felt like I was actually able to be a part of the process if defining the role even before I had the job. That made the interviews more of a strategy session where we collaborated and planned. It gave me (and MX) the opportunity to see how we would work together in a real-world situation.
