Applied online and received an email very next day to schedule a phone screening. Then followed by a technical discussion with a hiring manager and then a video interview with both technical and cultural fit questions. Then I was invited for an on-site interview by paying for my travel expenses as I was not local to Utah. My recruiter was very helpful and flexible in arranging my travel. On-site was a progressive interview with 3 panels. It was just like a casual conversation asking about my background and some cultural fit questions and giving me more time to know about MX and what I can expect from MX. Overall it was a great interview experience, all the people I have met in this process really seemed interested and learning more about the candidate.
