A lot of culture questions from certain people. I really enjoyed talking to several of the people, though it was fairly obvious certain interviewers weren't aware of some of the things we went over in the interview.
The biggest disappointment was the communication. I was told one the wrong thing twice. To top it all off I was told I was moving on to interview with the execs after they checked my references. Two days later I get an email that I was no longer in consideration--and they never even reached out to my references. Plus my HR contact provided zero clarity into that decision.

Entretien
Hiring manager video call. Super casual, talked about random things not related to work, a bit about the position. HM just wanted me so much to sell myself to her. I don't know what are they practicing there, but during the call I already made my decision. MX managers, don't forget, candidates also choose whether to proceed with the company or not. With that being said, I can see how the HM was showcasing the domination. That is definitely not the way to go.

Entretien
First step was a phone screening with the MX recruiter, followed by a a phone interview with the director of the team I would be working on. I was then invited on site for some group/team interviews (2 groups of 2, for 2 hours total). last but not least, I was asked to meet with 2 members of the executive team.
