Entretien
After applying for the position it took more than 4 weeks to set up for the first interview. I interviewed remotely with the Engineering Manager and delivery lead. Only situational/behavioural questions were asked even though the role is a technical role. The interview was not interactive and I felt very dry process (They were not looking at camera directly and were typing\looking at other screens). After the interview No feedback from the recruiter and just an automated rejection email.

Entretien
Initial HR screen, followed by cultural fit interview with management and a technical coding interview with a panel.
I had an unexpected final interview with team members to confirm suitability.
