Applied online. The next day someone contacted me asking questions about myself and asked if I can come to the Oak Park office.
Email stated there is free parking directly behind their building, but that was not the case. When I called again they directed me to park in the parking garage that was on left direction of the building. Free for the first 1.5 hours.
Office was small because they are getting office space renovated on the first floor. Hip-hop and pop music blasting. You can hear employees chant and speak inappropriately.
Interview was scheduled at 11 am, but actually didn't get to see my interviewer until 11:20. He looked at my resume and asked me what I do at my current job. Then he flipped over my resume and said that the position I applied for can be achievable once I complete the stages. He didn't ask any questions other than if I was available for the second interview the next day to talk more about the position and duties. He said it would be an all day interview. I agreed.
The following day, i started my day by meeting a corporate trainer and two new hires. I asked questions and conversed with her, but it was odd that she said she can talk about it more when we get to the place.
Had I known that we were going to drive hours away to WALMART working for Xfinity-Comcast. None of this information was disclosed on the first day. I would've not wasted my time.
Anyways, we stood at Walmart for 6+ hours. I watched them basically hassle customers asking how they were doing, what kind of internet/cable service they have, if they say Xfinity they see if they can apply thier in store promotion to get the price down.
Throughout the day, the corporate trainer asked me to complete assignments and challenges, which was very strange. All of which, she allowed me hours to finish, but I completed in basically no time.
We left the Walmart at 6:15 pm and headed back the Oak Park office. She asked if I was truly interested, which I declined and paid $11 for parking. Frustrated I took off work two days in a row for this.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
1st: write ten strengths and weakness. Then write down how to overcome the weaknesses
2nd: create a service that would make $1000 every week and have a basic marketing plan.
3rd: take a picture of an item that's not food or soap that's under a $1.
4th: use that item and now convert it to a completely new product and write a detailed marketing plan. It would need to generate $1 million the first year...
All of which, she allowed me hours to complete, but I completed in basically no time

Got an email about 15 minutes after I applied. scheduled the interview and when i got there it was in a small crowded room where the secretary was blasting loud radio music. she then asked me to fill out a second application... even though i had already sent my resume and cover letter. they shared the office was other companies which is very weird. the office was all closed doors, you couldnt see anyone working. the CEO interviewed me which was very weird. took maybe 15 minutes. didnt mention anything about the job and wouldnt give me an answer on the salary. said he was interviewing 40 people that day and that he would call me around 4 if i was selected to come back for a 9 hour interview the next day. They did call and i turned it down because i did reserach and the entire second interview day was selling people at a costco cable that they dont want. STAY AWAY. the job was not what was listed. it is a LOW level sales job that they will let anyone do.
