Interviewed with the recruiter. She asked appropriate questions regarding conflict resolution, career path, plans for the future, how is stress handled, what are one's limitations, what are one's strengths and how would I handle a sensitive issue
I submitted the application. Within 3 days, I received a call from a recruiter. The hiring manager would love to have an interview with me. It went smoothly. The ED manager was very professional, welcoming, and friendly.

Contacted from manager directly. Seemed desperate to hire - the unit was extremely short staffed. Spoke with manager in a free flowing conversation. Totally not intimidating. Had an interview with a few nurses from the floor. They were concerned with how stress is handled and how your overall demeanor is.
