The interview consisted of several rounds of interviewing, including a behavioral round and three technical screen questions. All interviewers were happy to answer my questions about what they liked/didn't like about the job, what they worked on, where they saw the company going, etc.

I talked briefly with the recruiter, who then followed up and told me they were looking for more experience in a certain area. A few red flags just from that conversation. They mentioned that the team is working weekends, that there's no plan to move towards a more modern version of the codebase (something nearly every company is doing in this stack), and that the CEO wasn't particularly...agreeable, let's say.
