The interview process is very thorough! The company’s very friendly and supportive recruiter scheduled a phone interview to determine if I was qualified and a good fit for the company. I was given an overview of the position and benefits. The interview process was also explained during the initial conversation. As the interview process progressed I was asked to describe my experience with each person and I was given helpful feedback. I interviewed with 7 people total. One part of the process is a Practical Color and Blowout skills Interview. The last 2 were with the COO and CEO of the company who are inspirational to converse with. Everyone was personable, kind and very interested to get to know who I am. This was the smoothest process I have ever experienced and it created excitement to begin this new journey!

Had a call with a hr after applying very easy and sounds like a great company. I unfortunately never heard back from the hiring manager as to whether they moving forward with me or not .
