Slow and steady, friendly, responsible, professional, comfortable. Overall, I am very grateful for this interview because I gain a lot of experience that out of a book. The interviewer was very friendly when treating candidates.

Applied online. A company recruiter contacted me by phone and did a phone screen then asked me to come in to interview for the position the following day. Typical interview: background, experience, about the company, etc. There was no mention of follow up instructions. Immediately after the interview, I followed up with a thank you email to the interviewer and contacted the recruiter by text as instructed. After another follow up text, email, and LinkedIn message I still have not heard anything back from this company regarding my interview process. I believe the whole process was unprofessional.
