was asked a few questions and given a tour. took about 30 minutes. Asked about experience and what I look for in a job setting. had a chance to meet with other employees and maagement.

Very casual, met with HR and then if they like you they will have you meet with a nursing manager and take a look at the floor. I was offered the position the next day.
