Don’t bother. They don’t value their applicants’ time so don’t give it to them. Initial phone screen with CEO which lasted 20 minutes or so. Was told if they decided to move forward the next step would be a take-home assignment dealing with MS Excel. Received assignment later that evening and turned it in the next morning. A week and a half went by without a peep, nor reply to followup emails I sent. Finally, after I sent a third follow up I received a very short email stating they were moving forward with other applicants which contained zero feedback whatsoever. I replied kindly asking for some and was promptly ignored.
