I had three interviews: the first was with the recruiter (phone screen) and the second was with the chief of Staff (Ben Donald). The feedback after each was overwhelmingly, glowingly positive. After that, I had a third interview, this time with the cofounder (Gabi Lewis). The feedback I received on my knowledge, energy, etc, was all, very positive, so I was given a prompt and an ask to present to Gabi. I was pressured to present very soon after the second interview, but then scheduling kept shifting and was moved last minute a few times. Finally, during the virtual presentation, Gabi was visibly distracted, kept walking away from the computer, and was clearly not paying attention.
