Be ready to be ghosted They interviewed me for the managerial role, took me through 4 rounds and then ghosted me. Very unprofessional but that is what you can expect. Worst part - they want the person who will be reporting to you to interview you. This is an issue because the analyst will obviously want someone who he can roll over and the analyst would want the manager position so a bias would be there. Any ways avoid this company if you can
