Pretty lengthy interview process. Was there two different times plus a phone screening on top of that. Some quizzes and testing on the first interview. Very thorough interview process. Culture seemed very important.

A brief phone interview followed by 2 in-person interviews. It was pretty much what I expected with very few surprises. I interviewed with the customer service manager and the operations manager. I was taken on a couple of tours of the facilities both production floor and customer service area. At some points it did seem like a sales pitch where they would say things that seemed scripted to make the place sound really good.
