The interview was a good 30 minutes. First with your supervisor of the department you applied for, then with the general manager. The questions are really basic ones like how do you handle conflict, are you a people person. The only thing was that the supervisor who I did end up working for was slightly unprofessional, as she told me how she just fired someone because she didn't like them.
