It was a 3 step interview process, a phone interview, followed by an in-person interview and then a short working interview "Day in the Life". This 3 step process was a great way to learn more about the company and the position and really gave you the opportunity to make sure that this position and company was right for you. I really enjoyed this process and going through all the stages, because of the interview process I am very confident and excited to be joining the Main Event team in my new position.

Really well thought out and the leadership really got to know me during the process. They had great questions and really gave detail on the company and everything they have to offer and all the growth within.
