There were six questions revolving around my qualifications and one "job simulation" question for which I was described a situation and was asked to calculate a value. Due to how structured the interview was and that the interviewer was writing down everything I was saying, it is my assumption that every interviewee is asked the exact same questions so they can directly compare the responses of the different candidates.
