The interview process began with an initial call with the Director of People, followed by a second conversation with the Design Lead. Both discussions were engaging and aligned well with my experience. However, after compensation was discussed, I followed up via email to continue the conversation and unfortunately did not receive a response, so the process ended without formal closure.
