Interview process is normal. First they will check the education career background, after then they will take a 1:1 interview to check the communication skill of the candidate. After getting selected they will provide you a generic topic to say infront of them instantly so that they can check your communication, confidence, presentation while you are narrating about the topic by thinking or reminding about it.
