Interview was quite long around 1 hour. I was asked questions that a retail brand would normally ask, about teamwork, previous experience etc. In the end I was asked to do an exercise where I was told different scenarios (i.e. pick an outfit for a wedding in autumn) and had to pick looks from their stockroom and “sell them” .

First the manager called me over the phone to arrange a meeting, then I went to the shopping centre to a proper face to face interview. I arrived a little bit earlier so I had the time to check the collection in store and then the manager brought me in the stockroom for the interview which lasted more or less 1h.
