I applied through referece. I applied on the basis of 1 year experience. There are 3 rounds to get select in company. first round was apti 5 general + 25 technical questions for 30 mins. aptitude test was moderate.
Technical apti was on some java,s basic concepts and 2 was on webservice. I cleared aptitude test and immediately technical interview was arranged.
I was not able to clear the technical round

Entretien
Get interview call from third party company name Dynpro. There were two interview rounds first round was technical round and second round was manager round. After all round clear there were salary discussion round with HR.
