I now see that there is a pattern of poor recruitment practices after reading them here on Glassdoor. Recruiter emailed me a link to set up an interview. No show. Unprofessional. Why represent the company this way?

The hiring manager was extremely aggressive, rude, and abrasive. After 5 mins on the phone with him I debated ending the call. I was really excited about the job based on first round interviews but my conversations in round two were nothing short of awful. The guy clearly had a chip on his shoulder after being treated like crap at Amazon and will most likely carry over the cutthroat culture here. I’m sure he is knowledgeable but he is definitely not someone I would want to work for especially in a start up environment. I honestly would not use MakeSpace in the future based on my interactions with him.
