They do not tell you the details on how the process works before you start working. I was told I will sign a contract in a certain month but someone else told me that's not how it works so I was mislead.

Short, felt like a tick box exercise. No real depth and the recruiter seemed disinterested in what I had to say. They were also late for the meeting and forgot to record, I had to start from scratch when they eventually remember.
