The interview was short and simple. You’re pretty much hired on the spot. They do drug test etc but they’ll hire anybody. They ask your basic questions and they seem to prefer people in recovery. It doesn’t matter tho because most patients get high in the building anyway.

Heard about the job from a former employee. I was interested and filled out the application in person. About a week later was called to interview with the director and clinical supervisor. Was a very casual and easy interview outside and was asked situational questions.
