First a brief interview with HR. Later another with an IT in Estonia were I supposed to move in, he asked me technical questions and it was good. Later I received a home task which was nice and pleasant...After that all became exponentially bad. A manager and a technical interviewer from USA were evaluating me with random tricky questions regarding JavaScript & Vue. I was surprised when, before start, the technical interviewer said "I don't know how should we proceed" and they took his time to think on questions...I even suspect he was searching them on internet...In addition to that, interviewer has a very bad English and it was a constant painful conversation. Everything was very chaotic and they didn't even ask me about my home task! Why I do it then? I failed on some of the questions and they reject me because of that. I'm completely disappointed with this interview.
