Thee was no interview process for this position. I was able to obtain this position directly after I graduated from high school. They allowed me to work fifty plus hours a week during the summer from May to August with the option of working at the shop when I came back from school breaks. They were extremely flexible with my schedule and allowed me to take days off during the summer if needed.
