Interview process was average, an assessment followed by an interview. They made me comforatble and overall experience was good. They asked about your skills that aligns with the role followed by few competency based questions.

The panel were friendly. 4 forward questions. They require the STAR method answers or you're not considered.
They wrote the answers down as you speak, so might be distracting when focusing on your answers.
The outcome was after aweek which is good. The communication and follow up was professional and helpful

interviewers definitely put you at ease. questions are very specific and heavily reliant on the role profile. They mark you against a scoring matrix. I did 2 interviews and both ended with a question on diversity and inclusion. Overall it was a positive experience, and even though I was rejected, the feedback given was detailed and helpful
