Should have a good knowledge in Warehouse management functionality and basics of SQL and UNIX. Also they will ask puzzles to check your analytical skills. And most importantly Should have very good communication skill to clear interview rounds. There will be one written test round followed by couple of face to face interviews. Finally a HR round to discuss salary details.

Interviewers are friendly, if you do your research the interview questions aren’t too difficult. I used the STAR method for most answers and prepared ahead and it was great. Make sure to ask questions at the end as well.

Mostly casual and feeling out soft skills. Not technical. There were 3 rounds of talking to a variety of roles and positions. Overall somewhat laid back as most skills are learned on the job.
