After seeing Manning's ad on Archinect, I decided to apply. Within 24 hours I had a response from their Human Resources manager with request to move forward in their recruitment process by taking two online assessments. The assessments were to the point and I greatly enjoyed participating in them. After completion of the assessments the HR Manager followed up shortly after to schedule a virtual interview/introduction. She was very thorough and provided great background on Manning and the culture it could possibly offer. From there I was later scheduled to meet with two of the firm's principals where we got to dive more into the day to day responsibilities of the role.
