3 stage process with a quick assessment test and writing assignment to demonstrate skills. Overall it was an organized process but expect it to take several weeks- 1 month before a decision is reached.

First I had a phone interview, followed by an in person interview with two managers, then a final in person interview with the same two managers and the owner. I also had to do a writing assignment after my first in person interview and a timed writing assignment on my last interview. I have never felt so relaxed at an interview. We all clicked really well and it had a laid back vibe.
