It is a 4-phase interview; the first one is technical exam which if you are mechatronics would be a mechanical exam and electrical exam but if you are a mechanical engineer, you will only have the mechanical exam. After you pass the first phase, the second phase is HR interview with basic behavioral questions they were kind and clear during the interview. The third one is an interview with technical engineers they were not professional at all the meeting room was a mess and alot of people were entering and exiting and one of the engineers were picking his phone and spoke loudly during this interview in the interview itself they ask you about grad project and the technical exam (phase 1) and some random technical questions they are not ready or professional at all and it seems they are kind of stupid or something some questions are vague and don't make any sense. the last phase is supposed to be an interview with the general manager of the department.
