Had two rounds - with the recruitment team and the hiring manager. The first was going over CV and hearing about open positions. Döring hiring manager round we briefly discussed previous project, product and team building experience without too much details

It was 2 steps interview, the first one with HR, the second with a technical Expert. It was with focus on embedded area, with deep technical expertise. They also required line management skills, not project management.
