A computer generated screening that froze over and over again. Frustrating. The contact was sent with the incorrect spelling of name, and was not able to speak to a real person.

Entretien
It was an online interview process. You have a list of questions and you answer them using a computer with a webcam. The questions are quite basic and non-technical. Mind you, this was during the height of the pandemic, so it was entirely online and at home.

Entretien
General Interview questions, talk about previous jobs, leadership experience, what motivates/demotivates you. One on one interview with the person in HR at the factory, call received about 5 days afterwards about orientation. Entire interview was very straight forward, easy to do.
