I was interviewed in 2 stages. The first stage was with the head of the Fund. Surprisingly good conversation a bit of background and few topics in regards to the financial situation. Second stage interview with all the seniors individually for 30 minutes. Was a total confusion. Each of them were in a hurry and not coherent. In the end I did not get the offer because the team were looking slightly different skills than mine. No feedback.
