The interview and hiring process is actually legit. They have you drive the company jeep (manual) as a test to verify that you can drive a stick shift, and, WELL.

This would probably be "Why do you want to work for MarcParc?". Yeah...definitely that, only because you don't know ahead of time just how much dissatisfaction there is when you're hired.
